Margaret “Maggie” Cox has served as Secretary of IBIS since its founding, and as President since July 2010. In addition to consulting with individuals, groups, and seniors, she assists our large group clients with their COBRA administration. A breast cancer survivor, Maggie is active in the Junior League of Sacramento and serves on the board of the Sacramento Children’s Home/Friends of the Crisis Nurseries.
Sarah Cox Aquino joined the family business in 1997 and serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She is Affordable Care Act certified by the National Association of Health Underwriters and is a Covered California Certified Agent. She was elected to the Board of Education for the Folsom Cordova Unified School District in November 2014 and also serves as the Board Chair for the Folsom Chamber of Commerce.
Tim O’Leary joined IBIS in 2004 with over 15 years of experience in the life and health insurance industry under his belt. In addition to assisting individuals and groups with their benefit needs, Tim is certified to sell all Medicare supplement products including Part D and Medicare Advantage. He is a Covered California Certified Agent. Tim is a member of FLYP – Folsom’s Leading Young Professionals – and serves as an Ambassador for the Folsom Chamber of Commerce.
